Bruce Wulwick

President

An industry pioneer, Bruce founded the first major independent retail service company in the Northeast in 1982. In 1995, he launched Ready To Assemble Company (RTAC), setting industry benchmarks in training, execution, and operational excellence. Always striving to innovate, Bruce has spearheaded the integration of AI processes and custom, patent-pending tools that have transformed operations—turning multi-day tasks into hours. Bruce’s relentless pursuit of efficiency and innovation keeps RTAC at the forefront of retail execution.

Steve Ramsaroop

General Manager

Since RTAC’s start in 1995, Steve has grown from assembly technician to senior leadership. With deep expertise in every facet of retail merchandising—resets, racking standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices—he ensures excellence across all regions. Steve champions accountability and operational consistency while continually driving RTAC forward—leading new training initiatives and pushing innovative ideas that elevate performance, efficiency, and results.

Debbie Fisher

Office Manager

Debbie ensures seamless scheduling, communication, and operational flow across RTAC. She coordinates field teams, retailers, and internal departments while overseeing the billing and payroll departments, as well as travel logistics. She ensures every team member is OSHA-trained and fully certified on all equipment—ensuring they are fully prepared and compliant before any on-site project.

Mitra Rambharose

Scheduling Manager

Mitra plays a key role in keeping RTAC’s field operations organized and on schedule. He manages routing, scheduling, and coordination for teams across multiple service regions, ensuring the right crews are assigned to the right projects at the right time. With strong attention to detail and consistent communication, Mitra helps maintain smooth execution in the field while supporting efficient planning, travel coordination, and project flow for RTAC and its retail partners.
